The two young women from the Ferrandi School focus on manufacturing fresh and seasonal products and attach importance to aesthetics. We're going back with a seasonal fruit pie, peasant brownies, but also a chocolate biscuit, a few broken chestnuts, a foam with whisky and some merinated droplets.
