Where to practice an individual sport Sèvres

Born in Brazil, halfway through the fight, singing, dance, martial art and rites, this high-flying sport calls for the attention of all muscles and the sense of rhythm. It is in fact a fight, accompanied by a song chanted by capoéristes assembled in circles, and called "game". Combining art and sport, music and mastery, form of expression and improvisation, lovers of perfection push it up to the highest tribal fibres. Around 1915, O'Senseï Morihei Ueshiba, inspired by several martial arts martial techniques blending his philosophical principles, created aikido. It is this sport, bringing together combat and self-defence, that Patrice Audren, a graduate teacher of the LFS-ISTA and volunteer president of the new Sèvres club, proposes here. Aikido learns to use the adversary's strength to return it to its own advantage. It is the other, which by its difference makes the wrestler progress through the development of concentration and coordination of body movements in space. Gradually mastering stress and aggression, it is a good way to resume or reinforce self-confidence. A thick kimono or a survêtement is the duty to shoulder to participate. The first course is free.

It is a club pony with 6 quarries, a covered carousel, a cross with 30 double ponies and 64 Shetland. The nearby park and the descendants of the Seine on the banks of the Seine are all excuses to practise pony. Sunday entertainment, from 14 am to 17 pm, is an opportunity to discover this sport of sharing with the animal and capabilities to mount. Challenge tests, special cross, or polo discovery and many other pony-related activities are available. Have your finger!

Skate and roller park well placed and quiet to five tracks. A fairly free space between them allows for a good impetus. Skate roller is adjacent to a small square, so the view is rather rustic and tree-shaded. It is located in the high of Sèvres, at the top of the Eiffel Park.
