Come and paddle a quarter of an hour from Paris: the paddling school awaits you. Situated between Sèvres and Issy-les-Moulineaux, this club is designed for all white-water enthusiasts. The program includes canoe and kayak outings, as well as paddling, freestyle, introductory and advanced courses. All year round from the banks of the Seine! Bac Canoë-kayak organizes almost 25 outings a year outside the département, accessible to all. Baptism sessions are also available, if you'd like to try out this activity.

The teachers are here, alternately, authors of performances and songs, créatreurs of theatre school, assistants of creative creations, directors of dell'arte or Chekhov, or even a simple state-run graduate school. Around 1915, O'Senseï Morihei Ueshiba, inspired by several martial arts martial techniques blending his philosophical principles, created aikido. It is this sport, bringing together combat and self-defence, that Patrice Audren, a graduate teacher of the LFS-ISTA and volunteer president of the new Sèvres club, proposes here. Aikido learns to use the adversary's strength to return it to its own advantage. It is a club pony with 6 quarries, a covered carousel, a cross with 30 double ponies and 64 Shetland. The nearby park and the descendants of the Seine on the banks of the Seine are all excuses to practise pony. Sunday entertainment, from 14 am to 17 pm, is an opportunity to discover this sport of sharing with the animal and capabilities to mount. Skate and roller park well placed and quiet to five tracks. A fairly free space between them allows for a good impetus.
