The formulas of the midi are equally rich and varied, the one comprising "entrance + dish + dessert" proposed, among other things, to start the meal with a Andalusian gaspacho or a decline of beet-goet and to continue with the dish of the day. It's always light, good and very rich. You just have plenty of room to indulge in the dessert of the home desserts.
