The bistro that you all dream of having at the bottom of your home during the week when the fridge is empty or the weekend when you don't want to cook. The Bistro de la Ferme is a cozy decoration with apparent stones and beautifully crafted tables. It is also, above all, a place to regenerate a campaign terrine and its pear chutney, a calf tab to the miso and a cream burned with green tea. The formulas of the midi are equally rich and varied, the one comprising "entrance + dish + dessert" proposed, among other things, to start the meal with a Andalusian gaspacho or a decline of beet-goet and to continue with the dish of the day. It's always light, good and very rich. You just have plenty of room to indulge in the dessert of the home desserts.

Je me suis rendu au Bistrot de la Ferme à Boulogne-Billancourt pour simplement boire un verre et partager une planche de fromages et de charcuterie. Problème : impossible de manger le fromage sans pain. Après trois relances et plus de 30 minutes d’attente, toujours rien. Le pain n’était soi-disant pas encore décongelé (!). J’ai même proposé qu’ils aillent au Monoprix juste en face. Aucune réaction.
Au bout de 40 minutes, nous avons demandé un doggy bag pour la planche. Aucun mot d’excuse, aucun sourire, aucun geste commercial. Le patron était franchement désagréable. Seule la serveuse a essayé de faire ce qu’elle pouvait, mais on voyait bien qu’elle était mal à l’aise.
C’est du mépris pur et simple pour les clients.
Une expérience consternante. Passez votre chemin.
