Since the opening of the glass Garden in 2011, Cyril Haberland's star chef is divided between the Goslings, the prestige restaurant of the Reynats Castle and the chic bistro formula. On both sides, the frame is sumptuous. Transparency and view of the park, design furniture and old-fashioned tiles… and always gourmet cuisine. Nous y avons trouvé un établissement bien géré et bien tenu avec des toilettes propres.
Le service fut sans équivoque à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Discrètement Kennedy, nous a servi les boissons, Teddy les couverts et les plats, Sadiali, très concentré, en talentueux Maître d'hôtel, nous a divinement conseillé nos plats à choisir, nos boissons puis nos desserts pas d'erreur dans son choix !
L'environnement urbain de "La Verrière" , rue de la saucière, sons et lumières, s'élevant crescendo pour vous offrir sans détours des plats hors du commun révèle au passage le professionnalisme culinaire d'une équipe bien choisie et aux talents insoupçonnables.
Nous en avons pris plein les papilles de l'apéro au café et le Baba au rhum fait maison , a dépassé toutes nos attentes !
Derrière son tablier Vincent, le Directeur comme son associé Pierre, sondent leur clientèle pour accorder ces instruments qu'ils ont mis en place. Je n'ai pas manqué à les encourager de continuer sur cette voie ????????????.
Je recommande vivement cette expérience.
Cela dit tres chère pour les plats proposés. J'ai pris une petite tartine au jambon /béchamel accompagné d'une salade dans un petit bol non assaisonnée, au prix de 19 euros.... Étonnant. Bruyant aussi.
Je ne recommande pas.
