A cosy brasserie offering quality dishes is the Balto spirit in Palaiseau. The hotel welcomes you in beautiful days to spend a good time on the terrace or under a veranda. At the map you will find specialities from Aveyron, Lozere and Cantal such as mountain charcuterie, tripous, manouls and foie gras, but also a farmer race Race Aubrac Red, Lamb and Pork from Cantal or Aveyron. The Balto also organises coffee-themed débats several times in the year on very diverse topics.
