A cosy brasserie offering quality dishes is the Balto spirit in Palaiseau. The hotel welcomes you in beautiful days to spend a good time on the terrace or under a veranda. At the map you will find specialities from Aveyron, Lozere and Cantal such as mountain charcuterie, tripous, manouls and foie gras, but also a farmer race Race Aubrac Red, Lamb and Pork from Cantal or Aveyron. The Balto also organises coffee-themed débats several times in the year on very diverse topics.

Brasserie au top!
Très bel établissement. Personnel accueillant. Service rapide et efficace. Les sandwiches proposés au bar, confectionnés avec des produits de l'Aubrac sont excellents. Je recommande sans hésiter de faire une pause au Balto.
