Chic, country-style restaurant serving organic bistronomic cuisine, housed in former stables with covered terrace in Léognan.
Le Manège is housed in the former stables of the Château de Léognan, with the rond de longe now transformed into a pleasant covered terrace. Faithful to its equestrian past, the restaurant is also decorated in a style reminiscent of the estate's winemaking activity. The menu is creatively conceived and precisely executed by chef Gaël Derrien. The result: gourmet (and organic) proposals, whose flavors and textures delight the taste buds... The dishes are of course enhanced by the always excellent Pessac-Léognan wines!

Le personnel est accueillant sympathique et pro. Nous nous sommes régalés de l entrée au dessert. Nous avons déjeuné sa l extérieur, dans un très joli cadre, dans un très joli parc ombragé. Les cocktails sont originaux et succulents. Nous en avons profités ensuite pour aller à la boutique qui est par ailleurs décorée avec goût et le jeune homme qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et de très bon conseil.

Le cadre est splendide, le service irréprochable avec des personnels "aux petits soins" de leurs clients. La cuisine est délicieuse, originale et pas trop, avec une présentation ????.

Très bon moment dans un cadre plus qu'agréable ! Ce n'était pas une découverte pour nous et à chaque fois qu'on vient, on est très satisfait !
