In the Vieux Port aux Huîtres, La Gabelle enjoys an atypical setting on the banks of the estuary. Charlotte and Robert offer a committed, gourmet cuisine, using fresh produce from local producers, much of it organic. The menu evolves according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration. On the menu: black pudding parmentier, onion/apple compote and organic baby greens; vegetable cream risotto, snacked vegetables, chorizo or bacon chips... A warm guinguette, and the ideal spot for a sunset.
