One of the first châteaux on the Médoc wine route, this family-run estate since 1896 boasts white 18th-century facades, views over the vineyards and a very special old wine storehouse. Rebuilt in the 15th century, the latter is listed as a historic monument for its basement and impressive double vaults. Dame Blanche, the château's dry white wine, takes its name from a regional legend about a Moorish woman married to a young Medoc soldier returning from the Crusades. Went over the weekend to Chateau de Taillan for our group’s first ever wine tour/tasting, not really knowing what to expect. It was an amazing experience! Our guide, Sophie, was absolutely incredible and provided us with an unforgettable memory of our time in Bordeaux. Bravo Sophie! The wine and property were lovely, the price right, and really made our trip.

J’ai eu le plaisir de collaborer avec le Château du Taillan pour un shooting d'inspiration mariage, et je suis absolument ravie de mon expérience.

Le domaine est magnifique, calme, et parfait pour y réaliser votre mariage… Je suis toujours impressionnée par son charme et sa beauté ! Les jardins soigneusement entretenus et l'architecture élégante ont fourni un cadre parfait pour notre shooting.

Je remercie tout particulièrement Tatiana, qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a contribué à rendre notre journée encore plus mémorable.
