Set in the heart of the Landes forest of Gironde, Le Résinier serves generous, flavorful Southwestern cuisine. Whether à la carte or on the menu, local produce is given pride of place. The chef's signature dishes include pan-fried escalope of foie gras with apple chutney and Loupiac, sweetbreads with roasted porcini mushrooms, Grand Marnier soufflé and tourtière to share.... A warm welcome and impeccable service, with a Basque beret on your head. Weather permitting, we love to sit outside on the paved terrace.

Malgré un manque de personnel dû à la situation nationale (Covid), les jeunes qui débutent et font le service sont très souriants et essaient de faire plaisir aux clients.
Service un peu lent à l’arrivée, le repas était délicieux, plat/dessert pour 30 euros. Bien servis, goûtus et beaux à regarder.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
