From mid-June to mid-September, Saint-Valery-en-Caux welcomes on its main square some thirty stands offering not only traditional fruit and vegetables, but also freshly caught fish, meat, and local and artisanal products: cheese, honey, cider, beer, etc. All year round, also every Friday, the town comes alive with the cries of the merchants and inhabitants who take advantage of this event to get together. In summer, night markets are even organised in the late afternoon.
