Victoire’s boutique, Le marché du Robec, aims to enable people to eat locally and healthily, while encouraging non-industrial production. To achieve this, she has spent months scouring the Normandy countryside to meet farmers and market gardeners who share her values. Only farms producing seasonal, organic, and sustainable fruit and vegetables were selected in the course of her quest. As an added bonus, distribution is a short circuit, with producers delivering directly to the boutique.
