Amazing supermarket in the heart of Rouen. Calling it Express does it an unjustice - once you move past the ground level, you go deeper to the +1 level with abundant selection of pate, wine, alchohol. But that is not all - there is even 1 floor above that for beauty and personal care. Highly recommended! Also very friendly staff. 5/5
