A sensory nightmare that could be easily fixed to allow everyone to enjoy it. Everyone has headsets for various languages but you also hear the French version blasting loudly in every room- so you have to hear both languages at once. (In fact, everyone has to play their headsets loudly to hear over the room noise, so you can hear all languages at once!)
This is a major nervous system trigger for many with sensory challenges and makes the entire experience impossible. A HUGE let down for a major Jeanne D’Arc fan who travelled across the world. Why not have the rooms quieter since everyone has headsets and can hear it individually anyway??

Very pleasant immersive visit of the very historical place where Jeanne d’Arc was condemned and rehabilitated. The visit is conceived as a journey through the building following the evocation of her life.

Visite d'1h30 qui nous replonge dans la vie de Jeanne d'Arc au moyen de vidéos présentes dans toutes les salles de la visite. Très interactif et du coup plus sympa également pour les enfants. Cela vaut vraiement la peine!

Honestly one of the coolest little museums I’ve been to! Uses really cool tech to tell the story of Joan of Arc. It’s worth the admission price, but also takes some time (1.5 hr) so be prepared!

Wonderful place to visit. They tell the history and story of Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc) clearly and interestingly. For non French speakers, you are given a free translator headset, which works well. I highly recommend a visit here. It will be an hour of your life well spent. You will walk away understanding why Jeanne d'Arc is, quite rightly, so adored and respected in France. The views from the top of the building are also spectacular.

This was excellently done! As an American coming to Rouen, there's a lot to enjoy even in the off-season, and this museum was a "maybe if there's time" for me. I'm SO glad there was time. It's really well put together. It gives you an in-the-moment feel of the Joan of Arc's trial. It's right in the heart of everything else as well in a beautiful building. It's about an hour and a half of your day, and it's well spent.

Quelle merveilleuse visite qui nous transporte de salle en salle pour nous faire vivre le procès en révision de Jehanne d'Arc et bien plus encore.

Super expérience ! Le parcours vidéo immersif retrace la vie de Jeanne de façon interactive et met bien en valeur l'architecture du lieu! En plus nous n'étions que 2 pour la visite (un après-midi en semaine), nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés!
