La note est inférieure à 5 car le WiFi était aléatoire à l'étage dans notre chambre, il faudrait peut-être des répétiteurs car le WiFi au rez-de-chaussée était excellent. Et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour les 3 étages d'hébergement. |L'hôtel est très pratique pour accéder au centre ville et à la Seine, nous avions également un parking sécurisé et il était très sûr. L'hôtel est moderne mais les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était de première classe, avec de nombreuses options et un très bon service. Nous reviendrons ici si nous sommes dans la région, le prix est très raisonnable.

Hôtel très bien situé à Rouen. Les chambres à plusieurs lits sont très belles et confortables, les chambres individuelles plutôt déconseillées (j'ai déjà séjourné deux fois dans la chambre 5, qui a une odeur de canal très désagréable).
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le personnel de l'hôtel très aimable et serviable.
Pour les groupes, c'est une solution d'hébergement parfaite au cœur de Rouen.

L'emplacement est très pratique et permet de se rendre à pied sur tous les sites importants. Notre chambre au premier étage (pas d'ascenseur) était grande avec un lit d'appoint/un canapé, une douche à l'italienne, calme. Le personnel (le fils du propriétaire) était très agréable, parlant anglais/français, il a porté nos bagages à l'étage. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, ambiance lumineuse avec des tables dans le hall principal. Hautement recommandé.

pas mal, mais l'hygiène pourrait être améliorée, et les salles de bains, du moins celle dans laquelle nous avons séjourné, étaient très vieilles.
