Pas d eau chaude le jour de notre venue, et l hotel ne fait pas un geste commercial, c est dommage. Literie très moyenne

chambre horrible située à côté de la réception avec moquette au sol, literie douteuse et vétuste. Chambre donnant sur la rue piétonne avec simple vitrage donc très bruyante. Bruit et lumière du couloir des gens qui circulent toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir !||Si vous voulez une facture, impossible de l'obtenir sur le champs, il faut laisser son adresse mail. Mais bien sûr, vous ne recevez aucune facture même après plusieurs appels et mails de relance. Et ça c'est si vous avez la chance d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone ! car souvent personne ne répond...||Effectivement en plein coeur de la ville mais à fuire absolument !!!
