Here, the chef plays wonderfully with traditional recipes. Try the chorizo and red onion puff pastry with white wine, the skewer of duck breast with green pepper sauce, the beef tartare grilled on the BBQ, and above all the Norman burger with Camembert sauce. The restaurant gives pride of place to regional products, of impeccable freshness like the duck raised near Duclair. As for dessert, the shortbread and apples with calvados and whipped cream has no equal in Rouen.
