When you talk about a Rouennaise institution, you’ll find the Bar des Fleurs. Whatever the time, everyone finds their account. In the morning, early risers will enjoy a well-filled coffee with its large windows. In the afternoon, guests are invited to try a table on the terrace. In the evening, the Bar des Fleurs welcomes fans and fans of entertainment that can be restored until late. The bar is ideally located on one of the most beautiful squares in the city centre, sheltered by large old trees.
