A great way to (re)discover Rouen’s heritage! Because Café Hamlet doesn’t occupy just any premises. No, since its opening in 2021, it has taken up residence in the very heart of the Aître Saint-Maclou. From the moment you enter, the refined decor, with its mix of terracotta tiles, wood, and stone, accentuated by English hues and golden touches, invites you to contemplate. It’s an experience that evokes both the richness of Normandy, with its Viking and English roots, and the wisdom of appreciating the present moment. A tribute to Normandy’s culture and history, the establishment offers more than just its décor, with a convivial brasserie by Michelin-starred chef Gilles Tournadre.
Non en lien avec les prix des plats.
Ex le boudin blanc et sa purée classique (20 euros), pavé de bœuf (très bon) et ses quelques pommes frites (26 euros), le poisson très bon aussi mais avec 5 pommes frites car je ne souhaitais pas les lentilles.
Desserts très bons et beaux mais choix restreint car certains manquants.
Service correct mais pour le vin à conseiller, réponse peu adaptée
Clients un peu pris pour des idiots !! A tenté de se rattraper ensuite.
