Management catastrophique, cuisinier sur son téléphone qui ne cuisine pas, serveur qui trouve de fausses excuses à l’attente interminable. L’ensemble des clients n’en pouvait plus. Première et dernière fois dans ce restaurant qui ira vite connaître l’air du tribunal de commerce…

Superbe cadre rien à dire là dessus. Boissons de qualités, nourriture également… Je note justement une ambiance étrange chez le personnel. Une équipe de jeunes qui change très souvent, qui ont l’air épuisés, stressés… ça fait un peu mal au coeur.
