Dommage, avec un concept comme celui-ci où la cuisine est très simple, les ingrédients devraient être de qualité, malheureusement c'est très loin d'être le cas! Je sais reconnaître du mauvais poulet industriel gorgé d'eau... ☹️
Le boulgour à un goût spécial aussi, des pousses d'épinards très très fatiguées...

Nous avions de grandes attentes en raison des bonnes critiques, mais nos poke bowls étaient noyés dans la sauce et le riz était trop cuit. Le personnel ne connaissait pas le sens du mot "gluten", il était donc difficile de commander un poke bowl sans gluten.
