Since its move to the first floor of the Saint-Sever shopping centre, Hayashi has had a facelift but is still one of the best Japanese restaurants in Rouen. Located in a bright, glassed-in area, it offers refined, quality cuisine in a 100% Zen atmosphere. If you like salmon or tuna temaki, sushi, meat or fish kebabs and maki, enjoy the finesse and taste of the dishes prepared by the Japanese chef. Here, the cuisine is to be savoured as much as it is to be admired!

Ambiance feutrée le soir. Accueil et service chaleureux, à l'écoute du client. Plats goûteux et de belles découvertes. Rapport qualité prix au rendez-vous. Je recommande.

Client depuis presque 20 ans, et après avoir essayé à peu près tout les sushis de Rouen, il n’y a que celui là qui reste indétronable. Certes un peu excentré du centre-ville mais ça vaut le détour !
