Breakfast with fresh home-made products served near the swimming pool of a bed and breakfast in Lacanau.

After 15 years in the Paris region, Christine - a native of the Médoc -, Bernard and their son Txabi fell under the spell of La Varangue, located in the middle of the pine forest, close to the lake, golf courses, the ocean and bicycle paths. The colonial-style villa features a magnificent tropical garden. It features 5 south-facing rooms, each individually decorated in exotic woods. Homemade breakfast is served by the pool. On-site: fitness room, sauna and spa.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit netten Besitzern die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Das Konzept hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind alle zentral ausgerichtet und so trifft man sich am Pool oder zum Frühstück an einem zentralen Ort. Dadurch das es nur fünf Wohneinheiten sind ist alles sehr familiär und wir können es wärmstens empfehlen und werden auch selbst bei einer weiteren Reise nach Frankreich dort unterkommen. Es ist ein traumhafter Platz zum Entspannen und bietet aber in der Umgebung auch genug Freizeitaktivitäten Wir waren insgesamt 5 Tage dort. Es gibt auch ein Frühstückbuffet.

Wonderful hosts and a fantastic breakfast with homemade cakes & yogurt. Chilling by the pool was wonderful. You have to try the homemade rum available for free tasting at the bar!
