The team of Les Gourmandises d'Aliénor will take you on a free, free or commented tasting tour, lasting about 30 minutes, within its traditional chocolate factory and its know-how. You will learn the history of cocoa and chocolate making. Impossible to resist a few shopping after this demonstration: oyster shells made of chocolate and almond chips, mini chocolate candies filled with a caramel ganache, gourmet plates to break... Pure pleasure pure cocoa butter. The brand has a shop, rue des Remparts, in Bordeaux.
