At Les Capucines, chef Thierry Demoget is the man who calls the shots. His watchword? Originality, but based on the great classics of French cuisine, with products from the land and sea. For starters, enjoy pan-fried foie gras or lobster salad; for main courses, choose between fish caught the same day and delicious veal sweetbreads. Finish with a sweet Paris-Brest with chocolate sauce or a pear shortbread tartlet. And the recipe works, as this restaurant has been handed down for 3 generations!
