At Les Capucines, Thierry Demoget is the man who calls the shots. His watchword? Originality, but based on the traditional classics of French cuisine, with products from the land and sea. For starters, enjoy pan-fried foie gras or lobster salad; for main courses, choose between fish caught the same day and delicious veal sweetbreads. Finish with a Paris-Brest with chocolate sauce or a pear shortbread tartlet. And the recipe works, as this restaurant has been handed down for 3 generations!

Très belle établissement, dans le style des années folles , où la cuisine était un art . La cuisine , ainsi que le service à la cloche ????, vont très bien avec . Le personnel très avenants, avec un peut de légèreté, qui accompagne très bien l ensemble , je recommande à 100% . Au plaisirs.

Un lieu où nous avons toujours plaisir à revenir. Calme et sérénité, une salle de restaurant feutrée et des salons privés, un service aux petits soins et, surtout, une cuisine raffinée et parfaitement présentée. Le tourteau et la selle d'agneau étaient parfaits.
