The second quarter of the city’s history, whose original plans were designed by architect Jérôme Bellarmato. Some buildings date back to the 19th and 20th centuries. Out of the war, it was not rebuilt by Perret but by a group of local and regional architects. There are many sloping roofs, brick and tile buildings.
