Dietetic cuisine with Mediterranean flavours in a restaurant in Le Havre.

The Novotel Hotel restaurant has changed its chef this year. In September, Mickaël Roy moved to the Piano. After spending several years at Ciro’s of Deauville, he has placed on the map of Le Havre restaurant a mixture of subtle flavours where local produce contrasts with the Mediterranean accents without complexity. A dietetic formula has also been put in place for gourmets who are still watching their line. Creative and innovative, it will seduce all the palate.
