On the restaurant side, the panoramic room installed on the first floor and the Norman room, located on the ground floor and paying homage to Norman traditions, with its beautiful half-timbering and classical aesthetics, will allow you to appreciate traditional cuisine, to be enjoyed while admiring the paintings of local painters. The menu, which offers a good selection of wines, is regularly updated according to the seasons and offers typical products: the breaded pork filet mignon, pommeau sauce, aligot-style mashed potatoes, and the gambas, carbonara sauce, gnocchi and coppa are good examples of this cuisine which revisits the French terroir. The whole is served by a pleasant, helpful and very professional team.
