Located in Gujan-Mestras, chez mimi is a restaurant with a terrace that stands out for its well-presented menu of local oysters
After several years on the market in La Teste, Cyril has renovated a friend's shack in Port de Larros. Chez Mimi is as traditional as it gets. He offers shrimps, whelks, Basque pâté and oysters. But he sets himself apart, because while Bassin oysters are a feature of the menu, he also introduces us to oysters from his farm in Cancale, Brittany. And the icing on the cake: the second terrace offers a breathtaking view of the salt meadows, where sunsets are as magical as ever.

N’hésitez pas à marcher jusqu’au bout pour aller jusque chez Mimi.
