A fish restaurant on stilts with a waterfront terrace in Gujan-Mestras offering a unique view of the harbor
Perched on stilts next to the Maison de l'huître, this restaurant offers a beautiful view of Larros harbor. Not surprisingly, fish and seafood take pride of place, starting with the oysters produced by Compagnie Ostréicole Laban. But also: scallop carpaccio au naturel, tuna tartare seasoned with an oyster, mirabelle plum and peanut vinaigrette, seafood mille-feuille served with a seaweed sauce... The Petit Pavois menu, available at lunchtime on weekdays, is already very tempting. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned.

Effile de chevreuil en ballotine : effile oui... que des miettes, mais ou est la ballotine ???
La puree excellente ;-)) mais le chevreuil j’ai pas senti le gout ;-((
Un service au cordeau, un serveur de bon conseil aimable et rapide.
Deux menus originaux à 27 et 36 euros ce dernier permet un choix entrée/plat/dessert sur toute la carte. Les papilles sont aux anges sur l'ensemble des deux menus.
