Pierre with hollandaise sauce, white pudding with neufchâtel and cider sauce, and a ballotine of poultry with bacon and mushrooms in cider sauce.

We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Philippe and his team for the celebration of our marriage.
The quality of the service as well as the quality and originality of the dishes cooked were exceptional.
