Remains of a former ducal palace built in the century, a beautiful tribute to the glorious past of Fécamp.

In the face of the Abbey, the ancient Ducal palace built in the 9th century was gradually dismantled over time. The building was then integrated into the monastic domain before returning to the town of Fécamp, which is now dealing with its conservation. These remains recall the dimension of military capital that the heirs of Rollon gave to Fécamp, from Guillaume Longue Sword to Guillaume the Conqueror. One can only hope that the place is soon open to the public on a permanent basis: it would be a great tribute to Fécamp’s glorious past.

Magnifique Palais !
La boutique en face avec les Liqueurs de Bénédictine est très jolie , le choix multiple,la dégustation est possible et le cognac avec sa recette unique m'a convaincue même si à la base je ne suis pas fane des boissons ou il y a de l alcool.
Je recommande les achats dans cette belle boutique qui fait rêver avec sa décoration. ????????????

Je ne bois pas d’alcool du coup la visite est un peu chère, mais le lieu est extraordinaire ! Les décors sont somptueux et les œuvres exposées sont sensationnelles ! J’ai acheté de la Bénédictine car c’est un beau cadeau à offrir !

Le lieu est incroyablement beau, les gens sont très sympathiques et les liqueurs parfaites.
