The Château d’Eu is a must-see for its rich décor and architecture.
It’s a must-see for the richness of its decor and architecture. Built in the 16th century by the Duc de Guise, enlarged in 1665 by Anne-Marie-Louise d’Orléans, who created the garden, it was refurbished in 1821 by Louis-Philippe d’Orléans. The museum, opened in 1974, tells the story of the château and the town through paintings, tapestries, furniture and objets d’art. The gardens feature a beech tree planted by Catherine de Clèves and Henri de Guise.

Ma femme et moi avons été surpris de trouver cette merveille, un peu par hasard en plus, nous avions mangé au Tréport et le manager nous en a parlé, absolument aucun regret,c'est magnifique, tranquille, pas cher !!!

Visite by night pour la nuit des musées avec deux filles de 5 et 8 ans : excellente expérience ! 5 ans c'est un peu petit mais 8 ans : très bien ????

A beautiful restored castle, once the summer court of the last king of the French, Louis-Philippe. Queen Victoria visited him twice there, so why should not you? Check it out, for real! c ;-)

Très beau
Le Musée Louis-Philippe se trouve à l'intérieur du château, qui vaut largement le détour ne serait-ce que pour son cadre.
