L’ÉPICERIE FINE CRESSANT
Sandrine and Sylvain Cressant made this grocery store the temple of the farmer’s product. The lovers of local produce will therefore be the angels before the Calvados, the ciders (not less than five kinds), but also in front of local sweets, such as the "eggs of the seagull" or the "galets of the coast". The apple is the queen, of course, but the country’s cheeses are not left and seek to steal the star to farmers’ yoghurts, to jams, and to caramels to raw milk… One question to ask: What can I choose from all these delicacies?
