Ecomuseum to discover the history and secrets of winegrowing through the ages, with tasting of Graves wines.

The Ecomusée de la vigne et du vin, installed in a picturesque setting, lets you discover the fascinating world of winegrowing through the ages. In the old farm of Sabatey, an exhibition gathers more than 400 pieces and traditional tools used from 1850 to 1950. The vine, its culture, its diseases, the secrets of the wine chemists and the know-how transmitted from generation to generation: nothing will escape you, not even a tasting of Graves wines!

Jeudi et vendredi soir 29 Mars, le trio Alain BARRABES Jazz band était à l’honneur et nous a régalé avec virtuosité et harmonie ! La bonne humeur et l’humour étaient aussi au rendez-vous pour notre plus grand plaisir !!

Nice little wine museum outside of Bordeaux. Beautiful collection on ancient wine making tools and technics. I was hesitating which wine museum I should visit in Bordeaux and I'm glad I've chosen this one. The staff was welcoming and friendly, tried their best to explain the wine making history in the region in English which I enjoyed very much. If you are into gadgets and history, this place is for you!

Il vous fait partager ses multiples connaissances avec patience et reussit à interresser meme les personnes qui à priori n'ont aucune sensibilité en la matière.
