DRY HANDLING
A former dry dock transformed into a dry port in the heart of the port of Dieppe, an address that deserves a visit.
In the heart of the port of Dieppe, the old dry dock (called "radoub") built from 1892 to 1895 occupies a part of the channel of the outer harbour. Unused since the end of the 20th century, it is now being revived thanks to a unique project for the preservation of maritime heritage, combining technological innovation in the marine environment and the development of the nautical sector. Transformed into a dry port since 2015, the place hosts 292 boats, stored on racks. The Ango Bridge and the Colbert Bridge, built in 1889 according to a design by Gustave Eiffel, provide access to the Carénage quay.
