Traditionalists will appreciate a more classical brasserie cuisine and large salads, but also local and fresh products according to Norman recipes. Don’t miss the Rossini pancake (homemade foie gras, sliced beef, mushrooms and red wine sauce) and the P’tite Pomme (caramelized apples with Normandy pommeau served with andouille or chicken). A good address also for snack breaks, since the creperie is also open in the afternoon, in high season.
