Le P'tit Veau d'Or in Bois-Guillaume is the little brother of the emblematic Le Veau d'Or restaurant, a Rouen legend since 1948. Specializing in meats and offal, it faithfully follows the concept of the Rouen establishment. A haven for carnivores, it features calf's head, kidneys and beef ribs. To enter this restaurant is to enter a sanctuary dedicated to authentic carnivorous pleasures, echoing the spirit of its owner, Élisabeth Barbier Bataille, affectionately nicknamed "Babette".
