Owner for several years of a bakery in Vernon city centre, Thierry Rose expanded his offer by opening two new establishments successively. The first, located in the industrial area of the Virolet, serves as a bakery, but also offers a fast catering service coupled to a tea salon. The dishes are simple for a quick lunch at an affordable rate. Since 2016, takeaway pizzas are available in the evening. Le Petit Smart tested a pizza and a salad. The choice of pizzas is therefore wide even at the time of snack, the dough is fine and the ingredients of quality. The salad was a real favourite! Original by its presentation in a round bread serving as a dish, with ham, emmental, tomatoes, eggs on top. The last bakery is located on Rue des Trash in Saint-Marcel.

J’ai même été voir la jeune fille pour lui demander si il n’y avait pas une erreur car 7,7€ pour un cappuccino et une briochette j’ai cru qu’elle c’était trompée mais non 4,7€… et bien sûr le prix n’était pas affiché seulement devant cette viennoiserie… au tarif je comprends je ne l’aurai pas acheté sinon !

Anaïs,la personne qui nous a accueilli, a été d'une grande patience...pour le choix de gâteau avec mes enfants....
Ils ont eux droits à deux sucettes offertes.
Les pâtisseries sont très bonnes et du jour.
Les boissons chaudes sont savoureuses.
Je conseille vivement.!!!
