Café bar ideally located offering a very beautiful view of the Seine and opposite the old symbol of Vernon. The service leaves something to be desired (not cleaned table, overflowed staff...) but the view compensates for that. Bar known to beer lovers. No pancakes or waffles offered.

Le service laisse à désirer (table non nettoyée, personnel débordé...) mais la vue compense cela.
