In India, for over a century dabbawalas («gamel holders» in Hindi) deliver 250,000 meals per day. During a trip to Bombay, Didier Oudin was inspired by this home meal delivery system to create its catering service with delivery throughout the department of La Gironde de la Gironde breakfast, meal plateaux, sweet or salted cocktail plateaus, drinks and small equipment.
