Jean-Noël Le Pavoux has the art and the way you will prepare sweets, chocolates and ganaches, sweets (like these caramels in the salty and pommel butter presented in a box box), bread, pastries of all kinds with real know-how. A feast for gourmets and gourmets. Exceptional opening on Monday during holidays.

Gâteau commandé pour un anniversaire, mousse au chocolat blanc montée sur un macaron bordée de framboises. Excellent gâteau, très frais et léger avec beaucoup de goût.
