Originally from Thailand, the chocolatier offers a range of 100% natural products, with no preservatives or colorants. In her workshop, visible from the boutique, Ganokpan makes chocolates, spreads, caramels and pastries combining French tradition with exotic flavours. Her philosophy? Local ingredients, short supply chains and artisanal know-how that win over a loyal clientele!
