This magnificent viewpoint can be reached on foot by the Saint-Pierre ladder, which leaves from behind the Pathé cinema, or by car via the rue du Val-Iton and then the rue du Panorama, in the direction of Gravigny. From here, the view embraces the whole city and you can find your way around thanks to an orientation table. For the brave who have made the climb on foot (almost two kilometres through the beautiful wild hills of Evreux), benches allow you to rest while enjoying the landscape... perhaps you will come across the sheep that tend the hills during your walk! Unusual in the middle of the city? No, these are the "ecological mowers" that the City has adopted for its steep green spaces, now classified Natura 2000, in partnership with the Conservatoire des Espaces Naturels de Haute-Normandie!
Sans compter la voiture qui s'y gare, musique à fond, chaque soir aux alentours de minuit/1h, certainement pour de la vente de shit. Marre, 3 semaines que j'y habite, pas une nuit passée tranquillement.
