The slopes of Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux are an extension of those of Saint-Emilion. Created in 1989, the appellation is home to some 230 winegrowing families, 25% of whom are organic. Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux was the ^1st Bordeaux appellation to set up a treatment plant for wine effluent. Tours, vineyard walks, bed & breakfast...
