Fancy a canoe trip on the Dordogne? If so, don't hesitate to make an appointment with Canoë Castillonnais by phone or on Facebook. The company offers two routes of 6 to 12 km, departing from Lamothe-Montravel and Pessac-sur-Dordogne. Allow around 1h30 for the first route and 3h for the second. Meet at Les Batailleurs campsite! Departures are possible in the morning or afternoon. This is a great activity for two, family or friends. Reservations recommended!

On the banks of the Dordogne, a Unesco World Heritage river, Pelouse Plage is a recently opened bathing area accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility. There's also a sandbank for children to build their own constructions. The site is well equipped for families with baby carriages. Swimming is supervised in season, and there are floating inflatables to keep both young and old amused. Feeling a little thirsty? Don't hesitate to visit the bar at Les Batailleurs campsite.

The Castillon Rowing Club is open to all (young people, adults, beginners, competitors, etc.). The club is ideally located on the banks of the Dordogne, next to the Castillon stone bridge. The team of dedicated volunteers will be happy to give you all the advice you need to enjoy rowing to your heart's content. The club is equipped with numerous boats, a weight room and a rowing tank. There's also a beautiful hall with a view over the Dordogne, where you can meet, drink coffee and share good times. Quite simply!
