Restaurant offering a cuisine inspired by local products in Castenau-de-Médoc.

Ratatouille... everyone knows the famous cartoon character. Here Ratatouille is also Rémy... except that he started out at Paul Bocuse's American Culinary Institute restaurant in New York and learned a lot while traveling. His cuisine, inspired in large part by local products, varies regularly. Everything is homemade with local and organic products. The lunchtime menu keeps all its promises and at a good price. A large, bright and pleasant room, extended by a veranda that opens onto the terrace in summer.
