A shop in Bernay, but also and above all a laboratory in La Barre-en-Ouche that you can visit by appointment. Mickaël Hurel, a young chocolatier who has settled there since 2007, likes to exchange and share, in addition to chocolate! He creates delicious delicacies, succulent or tasty ganaches coated with fruit, each one more original and inventive than the last. One of them, a palette of paint made entirely of chocolate, with its colourful small pots, earned him the Panache d’Or of French and Navarre gastronomy, a nice distinction for a talented artist you should absolutely meet during a stay in Bernay or in the region!

Petit échange amaire sur une note de cacao à 100% je oense que la responsable de ce magasin apprenne le second degré et avec un peu plus de culture g que son chocolat j'irai chez cluizel

Excellents chocolats d'artisan avec des ganaches fondantes et des parfums étonnants comme le réglisse ou le poivre long d'Indonésie sans oublier le Piaf car elle y a passé son enfance.
